Sunny and Rachana met online on a dating app in June 2023. At the time, Sunny was living in Kentucky/Nashville, TN and Rachana in Philadelphia. Rachana had never done long distance dating before. They did a few video calls, and there seemed to be a lot of common ground, so Rachana asked what the next step would be. Sunny quickly replied "I just booked my flights to see you in 2 weeks!" This is their first IRL date, at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, well-known for "the Rocky steps."
